Chairman & Board Member: Micha Shkedi- Micha is a seasoned executive and leading business consultant with over 30 years of experience in the Israeli and International business communities.  Micha serves as Chairman and a board member of several companies, including until recently Yediot Aharonot, Israel’s largest newspaper and media owner.

Founder & CEO: Roy Shkedi- Roy has over 15 years of experience in inventing, developing and implementing interdisciplinary products as well as analyzing and investing in companies. Since founding AlmondNet in 1998, Roy has been recognized as a pioneer in the behavioral targeting and profile based ad exchange sectors of the Internet advertising market. Roy holds an MBA degree, an M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering, and received the most distinguished prize in the Israeli Intelligence community for an R&D project. Prior to founding AlmondNet, Roy was the High Technology Analyst for Ofek Securities, Israel's largest portfolio manager.

VP Research & Development: Adi Pinhasi- Adi joined AlmondNet in 1999 and held the positions of Senior Developer and Team Manager before being promoted to VP R&D in June 2007.  Adi, who has 11 years experience in software development, designed and developed network monitoring tools as a senior software developer for Avaya in its Tel Aviv office before joining AlmondNet. He has a BA in Computer Science from Tel Aviv Academic College.

VP-Business Development: Michael Benedek- Michael joined AlmondNet in March 2000. He is responsible for managing AlmondNet's business development and marketing initiatives and is a key player in helping partners leverage AlmondNet's proprietary technology platform and solutions. Michael joined AlmondNet from Oneclip.com, where he was instrumental in bringing AOL as a significant revenue-driving partner. Michael is a frequent speaker at industry events, both in the US and internationally, and has over 15 years of business development experience in the Internet, Financial Services, and Healthcare fields. While born and raised in Canada, Michael has spent all of his working years based in his two favorite cities- New York and Tel Aviv. Michael holds an MA degree in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in Ottawa, Canada and a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
